As a holiday let owner or responsible person, you have a duty to comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety Order) 2005<\/a>. The law requires you to undertake a written fire risk assessment to identify potential fire risks, act on the findings and ensure that fire precautions comply with legislation.<\/p>\n
