Whilst we can accommodate most holiday home risks there are certain situations where cover is not available. If you are a non-UK resident or the property you are looking to insure appears on the following list, we cannot be of assistance and you should not proceed any further.

We cannot insure your property if...

You reside overseas
The property is...
- your sole residence, permanent residence or any part thereof
- thatched or has an asbestos or felt roof
- located over a commercial business premises
- located in Northern or Southern Ireland
- a ski chalet or located in a winter sports and/or alpine area
- overseas property and of non-standard construction
- a caravan, static caravan, park home or of pre-fabricated construction
- permanently unoccupied, being renovated or constructed
- on the market for sale or in probate
- not in a good state of repair
